We just dropped a new YouTube video kicking off our next project: The Shops at Theis & Cherry. This development is designed for everyday convenience and local entrepreneurship—bringing neighborhood retail, rentable executive offices, and salon suites together in one thoughtfully planned location at Theis Lane & South Cherry Street in Tomball.

What we’re building

• Neighborhood Retail. Think daily needs and destination-worthy local brands—food & beverage, boutique retail, fitness/wellness, and service-oriented shops that fit the rhythm of the surrounding neighborhoods.
• Executive Offices (Rentable). Flexible, turnkey office suites sized for solo operators and small teams who want professional space without long buildouts or complicated leases. Expect private offices, shared amenities, and a polished common area that makes a great first impression.
• Salon Suites. Modern, individual studios for beauty and wellness pros—hair, esthetics, massage, and more—offering independence with the convenience of shared infrastructure and a steady retail customer base next door.

We’re putting extra attention into the main entrance and shared breakroom/lounge so clients, customers, and tenants feel that “this place is special” moment the second they walk in. Timeline
